I absolutely love the new 2013-2015 In color collection! So much so, that the color pallet was the inspiration for my new blog layout!

*Jessica at Creations by Jessica Lynn created this fabulous custom layout for me! I highly recommend  her for your blogging needs! http://www.etsy.com/shop/CreationsbyJLynn!*

Anyways, I made this little card using ALL of the in colors, some Epic Day washi tape, the hexagon embossing folder, Papillon Potpourri stamp set & butterfly punch! Enjoy!

I just wanted to share a few recent cards I have made. Although I love Stampin' Up! I also love a ton of other craft product out there, and I can't JUST use one company! ;) Plus, if you see what I'm hoarding in my studio, you would understand why I HAVE to use products from lots of companies!

For this Bingo Card I used a Milton Bradley bingo card from a game found at the thrift store. I love adding fun vintage findings to my projects ;) I also used Stampin' Ups! Mosaic stamp set & punch, Epic Day washi tape, and calypso coral baker's twine. I added a few stamps from the retired set, Sent With Love as well. I made two similar cards, one to keep and one to send ;)

I again used Crumb Cake cardstock as my base for this 6x6 card, along with the vintage faceted buttons and antique brads from Stampin' Up!

This one was an older card I made but never got around to taking a photo. Its made using the Honeycomb embossing folder for the Big Shot. The embossing folders are MY FAVORITE GO TO PRODUCT! I also used the Oh, Hello Stamp set

Alright, I'm taking a computer break to go create something fun!!! Grandpa has the kids for a few hours, and the wine is flowing!

WOW! It's been awhile! Um, can I just say that I cannot WAIT for school to start?! Even though my baby is only in Pre-k, mommy needs a break darn it! How is a girl to get anything inky and glittery with two kiddos constantly needing something? Not to mention the spouse and the dog.

Speaking of back to school: I just joined a swap on Stampin' Up Addicts on FaceBook. For September, the theme was "Back to School." Since I just got a box of Stampin' Up! Deliciousness, I couldn't wait to play. Here is a silly iphone pic of what I came up with.

I guess I better post some other cards that I have been creating while I'm at it!

Here is a card I made using the new Mosaic madness Bundle from Stampin' Up! I seriously LOVE this bundle! It's so versatile!

For this card, I used Crumb Cake Cardstock, Calypso Coral Cardstock,  and Pool Party Cardstock. I also used Calypso Coral Ink bakers twine, crochet trim, and Antique brads. The background was embossed using the mosaic madness embossing folder, and of course, the stamps and punches are also Mosaic Madness! All of these things can be found in the new Stampin' Up! Catalog, and can be purchased here: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/glitterandinkstudio/

I also just did an AWESOME Chevron ribbon share between 5 girls. We ordered every color of chevron ribbon (which is totally awesome by the way,) and split the cost & product. We all paid $20, and got 2 yards of all 13 Stampin' Up! colors of ribbon. AWESOME!  I used my Crushed Curry chevron ribbon on my back to school card above! Here is a photo of what all the lovely ribbon looked like before shipping off to their new owners!

More to come in a bit! My 6 month old is a fussy girl right about now! ;)
